This site owes its existence to Scott Crawford.  His initiative and enthusiasm for the game of soccer created it and inspire it still.

LAprepSoccer.net would be nothing though, without the regular input and research of soccer fans, players, coaches, and referees across the state.  And we are always looking for more help!  Specifically, we Need Help With:

• Game, Team & District Information during the season
• Information on past players, team histories, program histories, playoff results, etc.
• Spreading the word about our great site!

During the high school season, we need game scores & district standings.  We would like a contact at each school who can report their team's information routinely. This doesn't have to be the coach - in fact any reliable source is welcome.  Each district should have a contact as well - someone who can keep the standings up to date and be sure we get the all district team information in a timely manner.  You may either post your scores online under the weekly scores/results thread, or send them through email or PM to Chad Vidrine (boys) or Sean Esker (girls). 

We also appreciate everyone's assistance in keeping the site up-to-date on the Louisiana players who are in college playing soccer and who have gone to college and played soccer. These folks (young women & men) deserve to be recognized for their great accomplishments!  In order to keep this as an archive of LA soccer, we have included team/school histories!

And again, MANY THANKS to everyone who has helped out!! Especially Scott Crawford for taking the initiative in the fall of 2000 to recognize our High School Players.
